Due to the delicate nature of fresh cut flowers, each arrangement is individually trimmed and custom-crafted for your order. Once trimmed, stems cannot be resold or repurposed.

For this reason, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Care Instructions

Guide d'entretien des fleurs

  1. Déballage : Ouvrez la boîte ou retirez délicatement tout l'emballage.
  2. Mettre en eau : Remplissez environ 1/3 de votre vase d'eau tiède et placez-y les fleurs.
  3. Entretien quotidien : Conservez au frais, à l'abri du soleil direct. Changez l'eau et recoupez les tiges (2 à 5 cm en biais) tous les 1 à 2 jours.

How to Care for Your Flowers

  1. Unpack with Care: Open the box or gently remove all wrapping from the flowers.
  2. Place in Water: Fill about 1/3 of your vase with fresh lukewarm water and place the flowers inside.
  3. Daily Care: Keep in a cool spot away from direct sunlight. Change water and re-cut stems (1–2 inches at a 45°angle) every 1–2 days.
